What is happiness? Can we be happy just by taking simple steps towards wellness as a way of life? Come explore these questions and ways of enjoying life with small lifestyle practices that can truly elevate your mood and energy overall, for life. A two-hour evening event focused on holistic wellness, we will share direct, simple ways of allowing the body/mind/heart to align with happiness, our natural state of being. With an experiential approach, we will feel the difference, as we play with conscious breathing, proper hydration, easy relaxation techniques, and herbal teas to support inner balance.

This evening is facilitated by "Vie" (Eau-Vive), who has devoted her life to learning and living wellness with natural health practices. In her background of 13 years of professional massage, she's seen the positive effects of relaxation in achieving well-being. As a student of moving meditation, dance and yoga, for over 17 years, she witnesses the benefits of putting the body in motion. Plants have always played an important role in her life, including whole foods, natural body care, and herbal teas. In her current work with restructured antioxidant-rich water, she offers education on what molecular hydration is, and the amazing results, for anyone who is ready to make long-term wellness a priority. From first-hand experience, Vie knows that increasing vitality on all levels can be simple, accessible and fun.
